I consult with a broad range of clients on business matters. My practice is limited to filling the roll of CEO, CFO, or COO.  Alan J. Segal, LLC,  a management company of which I am President and owner, directs its services to successful companies assisting in planning and operations (as a mentor to the officers on specific areas of concern) and to under-performing companies, helping them turn their operations into profitable ventures. Our services also include mentoring corporate officers through the decision making process of entrance and exit strategies and opportunities, corporate finance, business succession and mergers and acquisitions.
