Greg Riley has performed and/or recorded with the Los Angeles Opera, The Music Theater of Southern California, Keiko Matsui, the Quincy Jones Orchestra, and the Ray Charles Orchestra. While in Los Angeles, Greg studied with Saxophonists Jim Rotter, Gary Foster, Bob Sheppard, and Doug Masek. Other teachers have included Tim Timmons, Willie Morris, and William Dole.
Prior to joining the faculty at West Chester University, Greg Riley served as Adjunct Professor of Saxophone at Azusa Pacific University, Pepperdine University and The Masters’ College. He is currently touring with The Midtown Men (original cast of “The Jersey Boys”), Cook, Dixon & Young formally known as The Three Mo’ Tenors and the Gladys Knight Orchestra. He also performs regularly with Peter Nero and the Philly Pops, the Renaissance Orchestra, Wicked the Musical, and Susie Meissner.
