Joe Kramer is a filmmaker splitting his time between Philadelphia and New York.
He has written, directed, shot and edited short and feature-length films, television shows, and commercials for companies such as NBC-Universal, Fox, Comcast, Adidas, TED Talks, PBS, The Weather Channel, Free People/Urban Outfitters, TMZ, Petco, Make Up For Ever, Popsugar, Babbel, ModCloth, and the city of Philadelphia.
His last film, Running the Gammatar, won Vimeo’s coveted Staff Pick award and went viral, with over 80,000 views. It has since played film festivals and been featured in publications worldwide, and has been picked up for distribution in Europe and Japan. It can be seen at vimeo.com/joekramer/gammatar. He’s currently in post-production on its follow-up, Higher Grounds, which he intends to turn into a series.
